I was disappointed this time. my room key failed twice, and the service was unhelpful. The location remained a highlight, and the staff's lack of assistance with luggage was frustrating.

Great location and excellent service.
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the fantastic location just a short walk from Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. The club lounge offered a nice variety of snacks and beverages which were a hit after a long day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond, even providing personal touches that made our experience special. However, the breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety and freshness.

We had a lovely time exploring the city, discovering local markets and indulging in delicious street food. The highlights were the nearby canals, perfect for a boat tour. The spacious room allowed us plenty of space to accommodate our baby comfortably.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from renovations disrupted our sleep. Also, for families with children, better soundproofing would be great.

It was just an appropriate option for spending a night in Amsterdam with excellent value for money. The housekeeping staff was inconsistent but eventually got the room sorted out on time. Make sure to confirm room service timing upon arrival.

This place offers a modern atmosphere with a spacious room, providing a refreshing feel amidst the busy city. Being only a short walk from the central station makes getting around a breeze, and the proximity to local attractions is a major plus.
Their current renovation situation isn't fun. Some guests experienced confusion with the lift access and had to use alternative routes, which can be tedious when you're on the 6th floor. Housekeeping seemed to have off days, with reports of rooms not being cleaned promptly, and the breakfast spread left something to be desired—nothing to write home about, really.
